I won't lie -- it takes a lot to truly freak me out. However, this trailer alone sends chills down my spine every time I watch it.

"And those noises in the basement are becoming louder... And louder..."

I must get this game. I wonder if it'll freak me out the same way Doom 3 did...

No way. I couldn't stand the Flood in Halo; no way I'll manage through this. I'm easily scared... unsure.gif

Survival Horror? We all know what that means: monsters will come through windows.

Here's a non-YouTube version of the trailer, and it looks to have been around for quite some time.

Ok..this is a rip-off of FEAR practically. And I really want to get the game FEAR, but can't.
Either get FEAR or The Hidden: Source. I got The Hidden...well...had The Hidden.

The only thing that this game seems to have in common with FEAR is that it is a horror game. If anything, it comes across as a horror version of Myst, though I will admit that when I first saw the trailer I was reminded of this movie.

There also happens to be a demo on the game website for anybody interested.

Interesting, I read through a couple of walkthroughs and got the whole story of the game. Really interesting! Not as frightening as you'd expect wink.gif

Uber-bump.

I got it. It's really fun. It's plenty scary -- but in the sense that it's the suspense that freaks you out. I'm only on the first night and I'm too scared to leave the bedroom, despite my curiosity at its high point.

Something is thumping around. Either walking/running the halls, or something is knocking at a door (course, the house has like eighty doors).

But if you can't manage the Flood in Halo, avoid this. It grinds your nerves.

OMG... Possessed African mask... It's like a physical manifestation of evil. The guy who lived in the house stole it from a tribe who slaughtered others with their bare hands and teeth for no apparent reason. It drove him insane. Voices, chanting... Until he murdered his wife before killing himself.

And I found it. So... Freaky... But it's a great game, I'd recommend it if you're up for a good mystery game that tests your mind.
