Pretty basic question. What book are you currently engrossed in? And I mean books, not articles or "this thread lololol".

I've just started reading Mass Effect: Revelation after finding it in my large cardboard box full of random unsorted junk. I'll let you guys know if it's any good when I'm done.

Harry Potter 1, 3, 4 and 5 along with 5 of the Wizard of Oz books (it's a full series of about 14 books, not just the first like most people would think) and Wicked for one of my classes this semester (yes, I have a class that is nothing but studying Oz and HP smile.gif )

Aside from that, I'm interested in picking up Daemon after hearing some good things about it.

I was trying to find that a while ago. Trying to find any book based on movies or games are impossible to find aside from the Halo ones....

I'm reading an introduction to aesthetic theory by George Dickie (yes, I laughed at the name too).
But I don't think that counts since it is an assigned reading... after this quarter I'm going to dive into some Terry Pratchett.

MAKKYO! Havn't seen you for a good while, hehe. smile.gif

And I applaud your taste in Terry Prachett- I simply love not just the humour employed in his books (though I've only stuck to the Discworld series...I need to check his other stuff out), but if you'll understand me, the structure of the narrative itself. I often notice how he includes such minor details, tangents and discriptions that really add...well, I'm not sure...just extra effort I guess, lol, but it flows well with Prachett's style.

Last of his I read was Making Money -probably one of my favourites...I'd often lol during the reading of it. biggrin.gif

To Kill A Mockingbird, which, in my opinion, is confusing as hell. What sucks even more is that I've spotted several pages with some penorz.
Not cool, man.

I think it's a good book, I'm just confused about certain aspects as to where exactly the book is going.

Stephen King - Cell

I suddenly don't want to keep my cellphone after this. Luckily in NZ, if the power goes out there, there are no backup generators to keep the radio towers powered. Thank god for failures.
