Nooo.. I just didn't have it till the other week when I bought the CD laugh.gif
I'd only heard it on his site via a flash-player. I asked him (John Beagley) for permission to use the track when he released it and it was granted happy.gif So just had to wait heh.
Was definitely worth it though wink.gif

Now... I have about 5 more videos to put up on YouTube tomorrow. This is ganna be fun happy.gif

You got permission from the guy personally? Awesome!

Hehehe, say goodbye to you bandwidth. Unless you don't have to pay for your uploads.

Well, I haven't updated this for a while;)

The new and greatly-improved Safir Photography site is coming along really nicely (thanks to JoeIce biggrin.gif)
I've designed an entirely new logo along with better watermarks.

ALL my old photos have been modified for these new water-markings and look better.
I've also scrapped photos that were not so good and added many more that have been taken on my Nikon D200;)
Examples of some new stuff below.

-

-

Eagle-eyed people may notice that some watermarks are larger than others. There is a simple reason for this.
I watermarked all my photos, uploaded them and realised the watermarks might be slightly too big.
Rather than do them all again, I'm just going to make future ones smaller wink.gif

Photography website and Safir Portal are now running quite well.
The Productions side of things has yet to be completed however.

The photography site also incorporates a rating system and comment section for each photo and album.
Please do check those out, leave a rating and a comment on some. I'd appreciate the feedback happy.gif

I really like that last fire pic. You know what you should do? Take some shots of the night sky, get some stars in there. That'd be pretty cool. smile.gif

Going to try some night-shots sometime soon when I have the time. Possibly at the weekend.
Also, I'm going to 'remaster' some of my old graphics and upload them to the site too wink.gif

There was a bit much on the last page so moving some photos over to this one.
Edit; Hmm... I forgot I'm only up to 10 posts on this page. I thout it was 20 because of how much space the photos took up.

Also, to make it easier on peoples screens, you can now click the smaller previews to open up a larger version of the image.
However, I could alternatively link to the site where the photo is if some like that idea better. Let me know on that one wink.gif

Virgin Voyager Class 331 DMU passing Watford Junction. Lots of colour and contrast to this photo which I like!

New Rail photography from me. Click Photos for higher-res picture.

Photos of two very well known Steam Engines.
Tornado - Built in the last few years. It is the only steam engine to be built in the UK since the 1960's! wink.gif
Sir Nigel Gresley - Named after the designer of the class A4 steam loco. One of which broke and still holds the world Steam Record (Mallard)

wtf....I was certain I commented on that vintage filtered one, where the train is all blurry and such. Looks mad as. As for the others, they are pretty cool. I don't think we have any steam trains running in NZ anymore...sadface, I wanna ride on one. They rocked.

Interestingly being about trains, you wouldn't by any chance be into model train sets, would you?

I've always been into railways. From the real thing to models. Becoming a bit of a rail photographer now and slowly getting better. Finding places to take photos though is pretty tough.

I've only ever had one comment on the site. Well, two if you include me testing the feature

Epic topic bump. Huzzah!

Why is it getting bumped? Because I'm going away in days to Norway so I'm going to be posting pictures, info, and no doubt some crazy stuff going on
